This past Sunday we started the Gospel of John. The author begins by revealing to us that we need to go all the way back to the beginning in order to start. “In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was GOD!” The theological truths that are displayed in these first 3 verses show us the deity of Christ. When I see that the Word was Jesus and that He existed before creation and it shows me the most important thing that God desires that we all see His LOVE! “For God so love the world He gave..!” He gave us His Word! The question is will we take Him at His Word or reject it! Today wont you seek Jesus while He can still be found.
