Only The Beginnings

The first being that God is even bigger than we thought. How magnificent it is to serve a God who could just speak the world into existence. I guess the group“Chicago” had no idea that over 40 years ago that I would be using their title song as the title of this post. I am certain they also at the time did not know the God of the universe. A God as we are discovering who is filled with Mercy & Grace and above all Love. The Love for His people to not have to endure the painful things that would come our way if we just would follow His will for us. As time goes by we begin to see a waning of His people to lose interest in His word. The overall warnings that He gave to Cain in the “Beginning”  is still a warning to us to not come to Him on our own terms. We must put aside the things that question His existence and follow the plan He has for our lives. This is His universe and He has the right to call the shots. As we go through this book my prayer is to write short posts to add to our thoughts regarding the God who gave us “IN THE BEGINNING!”
